This cohort is a special beta experience created as part of the continued development of Growing Into Leadership™. As we shape the future of the program, this inaugural group will play an important role in helping us learn, refine, and strengthen the experience for future participants.
The anticipated investment for future cohorts of Growing Into Leadership™ is $2,800. For this beta cohort, however, we are offering participation at no cost.
In exchange, we ask participants to fully engage in the experience and provide thoughtful, honest feedback along the way. At the conclusion of the program, we will also invite you to share a testimonial reflecting on your experience and the impact the journey has had on you.
